We are closely monitoring the COVID situation and are taking necessary steps to safeguard our staff and our customers

Nursery education funding is accepted at the nursery for both 2 and 3-year-old children.

2-year-old funding has separate qualifying criteria and can be applied for direct to Leicestershire County Council.

3-year-old funding is known as the Universal Offer (£15 hours per week) and the extended offer (30 hours per week). All parents will need to apply online termly for the Extended Offer at www.childcarechoices.gov.uk in order to be given a qualifying code for the term, we will need this code to access the 30 hours funding for your child.

The 15 hours funding can be used either entirely without additional payment from yourselves, or you can choose to pay for additional hours and services for longer days, mornings, or afternoons. Some parents may wish to use the nursery only during the term time, please speak to us about your requirements as we aim to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs.

How do your fees work?

There is a registration fee and deposit of one week's fees to pay before your child starts at the nursery. The deposit is refundable when your child leaves. Fees are invoiced to you monthly and are due in advance in the 1st week of each month. We accept standing orders, Tax Free Childcare payments, credit and debit cards. We are open 51 weeks in the year, closing for the week between Christmas and New Year. Your monthly fee is calculated as 51 times the weekly fee divided by 12 to give the same payment each month, which helps you to budget and makes Standing Orders simpler to manage. Additional sessions can be booked subject to availability. Fees are reviewed annually, any increases are applied on 1 January  and we give you 1 month's notice of any changes.

Is there any help with fees?

In addition to the above there are several workplace voucher schemes that some companies have set up for the benefit of their employees which can be worth up to £243 per month. You will need to ask your employer if they operate such a scheme. The Government's Tax Free Childcare (TFC) scheme will provide 20% towards the cost of childcare up to a maximum of £2,000 per year per child and available to all employees and self-employed people.
